Hi all, I went down to the boat today to give the engine a run ME 30 ELP and brush the leaves ect from the deck. Got the boat over to the area that is used by the boat club for that sort of thing, filled a big tub with water went to fire the engine but nothing!! turned the key again and still nothing. Now the last time I was out about 6 weeks ago the same thing happened when at sea under anchor on that occasion I removed the engine cover and jumped across the two solenoid terminals and she started got to another area and the same thing again had to cross the terminals to get started.
When we got back and I went to start up to flush the engine it started from the key ok. Then today it wouldn't even start by crossing the terminals.I removed the plugs and they are getting a good spark, the plugs are wet so getting fuel.
Could it be the kill switch or the neutral switch.

Any help would appreciated,
Regards,
Bill.
