:facepalm:I also belong to a site called tinboats.net. This is for the aluminum crowd and V-hulls and flatbottoms are well represented there. There are a few owners that have bought older Trackers(early 90's back to 80's) and are now restoring them. The big thing they are finding out is Tracker loaded them up with foam but then didn't give the water any way to flow back to the transom. So all that water gets soaked up by all that foam. Some of the pictures that are posted of the demolition is wicked. The old wood is toast but the hulls look good when they are all cleaned up. Feeling is pretty much unanimous....that with a little thought this could have been avoided and tracker could have been an even better boat. Thought i would let you know.
