willybwright tried using yahoo editor<br />sent my prop out for cup work the blade have no dings just bend Mark's from moving it back to right he wanted to weld it up after the cup job and do more blade work? it's all in right pitch 25 he though may have lost it shape. is the edge of blade mater my new 21 alum is same as it was I didn't see any chip's or dings only scrap i saw was him grinding on balancing it.<br /><br />should this prop slow down from what was done? I had them fix it twice all ready, before they add cupping yes 21 is a great jump from 25 I had two people look at prop's and see only major change 3 to 4 blade's,alum & stainless ok,should this thing slowed down, the repair man said there was two prop's the same could they have swapped the prop's not intentional

But a 25 is a helluva jump from a 21. I'm not sure what you're asking. "He wants to repair the leading edges since he's already doing the cup? Is that necessary since the damage was so slight?" Is that close? Prop guys I've dealt with will add cup as an extra charge over a rebuild. It's sort of a discount if you do both a rebuild and cupping at the same time. He may not guarantee it unless he does the complete job.
