Prop Change

I am getting ready to change props on my Yamaha 115, 4stroke. Changing from a 19p to a 17p. It is still under warranty and the dealer suggested that I bring the boat in and they would do it but I would rather just exchange it myself-keeping my boat at home-which was OK with him. <br />Are there any tips or things I should beware of in changing the prop and pins? It sounds pretty straight forward.<br /><br />Thanks for the help,<br />Glen

hey glen i one of my boats has the same motor yam115 easy as cake to change the prop dont listen to the dealer take about two minutes

dcpcccrc,<br /><br />Thanks for the advice...just wanted to make sure there were no special hints that I needed to keep in mind. I know dealers may have good intentions, but I have heard several stories of dings and neglect in keeping and moving boats at dealers.<br /><br />Glen
