Read the very first post on this thread. It tells you what we need to know in order to help you. Type of boat, what prop (diameter and pitch) you have now, current maximum speed (meaasured by GPS preferably), wide open throttle rpm at that speed, is needed.

Yea, mtblackdog, if you can give some details like current prop, RPM, type of boat, did I mention RPM???
If it's a 91, we know it's a 90 degree crossflow so we know the RPM should be 5700-5800.

Ok so here is the information I have, the current prop is 13 1/4 X 17, not sure what RPMs are because everything is FROZEN up here, but most guys are saying on a 91 90horse Johnny that it should be up around 5700, the boat is a 16' lund tyee II, deep and wide for a 16' boat. I am just looking for a good all around high performance prop, will be doing some skiing and wakeboarding and lots of running to different fishing spots on big western resevoirs.

Best answer there is get an RPM figure when you can run again.
That boat with the available power you have, likes an over-all lifting type prop such as a Turbo1 or a Stiletto.
I'm not going to say you need a 17 without knowing where you are RPM-wise, but it won't be far from that
