Prop for better Performance 2011 60hp Mercury EFI

I just got back fishing from flaming gorge in Wyoming. My motor is on a 2011Mercury 60HP EFI On a Jet craft Adventure 1725. I can get top speed at 27 MPH by myself. With 3 people in rarely planed out. The top speed was stuck at 11. If there wasn't a breeze it didn't plain out. later in the week had total of 4 people. Never plain out. I played with trim and nothing would work. I know this mortor is capable doing more. I know a lot about fishing. Not enough bout motors. Im just trying get better performance out of the boat. Any advice would help. Thanks for your time.

I can tell you you’re going to need to give the details on your current prop (pitch, etc), plus some tach vs gps speed numbers.
