350 Mag MPI 300HP

4400 weight
26' length
8'6" beam

Has aluminum 3 blade 17P now... turned 5400 WOT... 37 mph gps... full tank in center toon. 3/4 in second tank. I'm not sure of capacity of tanks since I'm just getting this boat... but I'm guessing maybe 70 gallons in the boat?

Heard I should be turning 5200?
I've heard to start with a stainless steel 4 blade 19P?

Suggestions on brand and prop sizing please

Usually going to cruise a 34 mile trip every time on boat
two adults and toddler. Probably would like to cruise about 30ish... but would like max top speed just in case.
Probably keep around half tank of fuel at all times... 40 gallons let's say

Your wot rpm is 4600 to 5000. So the 19p four blade is a good start. It will put you at the top. As for the type and brand is all about preference. I have seen little difference between value props versus top of line. Maybe if your trying to squeeze a couple of mph out of it.

You also didn't mention the size of your prop. This will also matter, you might want to go with a slightly bigger size 15" or so.
