prop help please?

Hi all. I have a 9ft inflatable which currently has a 6hp chrysler 64hd engine, i would like it to plane with 2 people which its just short of! it planes with me fine, but wont do it with 2, instead of having to buy a new engine im wondering if a different prop might do it?

If your close to making it with 2 you may be able to raise the motor verticalkly
and gain just enougfh to be able to plane.Have you tried moving weight forward trimming the motor in all the way.If you could find a prop with less pitch a, tough assignment, it might do it just be aware you could over rev.

Cool, I was thinking i might need a bigger prop? it will plane with me at just over half throttle,so i dont think rpms are an issue, it also has a 10hp carb which definately made a difference to the grunt side of it, i just think its not moving enough water? I really dont know enough about all this which is why im asking the experts,
