Prop help please

I just installed a 200etec on my 20 ft jc tritoon (2000lbs dry). I started with a apollo xhs stainless 15.25 x 19 . I'm getting 35 mph at 4400 rpm with two people on board. I've moved the jack plate up and down and this was the best I got. The etec revs to 5850. I would be happy with 5500 and up. Michigan wheel said they didn't have a prop that would get me there, so I'm stuck trying another brand. Any suggestions?

I think the clue is they don't have a prop to get you there.
Is the toon rated for 200 hp?Did you raise the motor till it started having ventilation preoblems?
There is something screwy with your setup.you should be way over 40 and probably very close to 5500 rpm. Be sure the throttle opens all the way.
Does the boat respond to up trim and get up on the water like a tri toon should?

Yes we pulled the motor all the way up and lost some speed , went all the way down till we lost speed and I'm back to close to were we started now. We tried a cavitation plate with no luck there it ran better without it. I've checked the tach with a CPU connected to the engine and it's accurate . I've tried a smaller bass boat style prop just for the hell of it and it spun that to the rev limiter at 25 mph.

Yea it responds to trim well and comes up out of the water then after half throttle it stops increasing rpm.
