Re: Prop Problem

Sure, trade it in for one that will fit your motor, whatever it is ;)

Re: Prop Problem

If this is for your Yamaha it should work. You may have to play with the thrust washer but it should work.

Re: Prop Problem

it is a yamaha f150 2005 4 stroke.....<br />i had a 14.25 x 17... i needed to raise the rpm from 5000 to 5500 to get her up to WOT.... so i ordered a 14.25 x 15 on ebay...trouble being it is the wrong part #.... 10315 is the merc version the 30315 is the yamaha version....i got the merc version.... ineeded the yamaha .... the hard ware is all different.....thrust washer and lock nut....same amount of splines and diameter...slides right on but shaft is not long enough to get the washer below the nut on to the splines.... thank you all for your replies

Re: Prop Problem

You can shorten the splines in the prop. Most good prop shops can do it for you. No big deal.
