It is all bent..but i'd like to get another new prop..that will give me more speed... HOW DO I GO ABOUT TRYING TO LOCATE ONE? what am i looking for...?manual says my current prop is for standard loads... but it also lists other props...
for very light loads, average loads and Heavy loads...etc...

The prop is easy to find...not cheap ~$90. Made by Mercury "Quicksilver".

The standard prop on the 9.9's is a 9 inch pitch (FP6477) and that works well on the 15hp for smaller tiller aluminum boats.

Count the number of splines on the prop shaft and report back. Iboats is claiming a Quicksilver Black Diamond prop will fit, which surprised me.

What is the serial/model number of your motor. What boat is this on, typical load, max gps speed, rpm, etc.. all the usual stuff if you have it.

I wonder if its an Eska prop is small 8 3/8 X 6 Force is 9 3/4 X 6 1/2, no 6". Merc is also 9" or more diameter.
no 6" listed here at boats. Eska model begins with 217.
