Prop removal help please

1986 Bayliner Capri 270 Volvo Penta 2.1 liter sohc. Prop needs taken off and sent in to get repaired. Removed the hex head bolt that goes down the center of the cone shaped cover. How do I get this cover off so I can get to the locking nut?

I have never done this and I don't want to screw something up.

the cone is the locking nut.
if yours has holes or slots use a #4 phillips screw driver and a block of wood between the cavitation plate and the prop and unscrew it.
if it has no holes or slots use a strap wrench or an oil filter wrench and a block of wood.

It has a hole in each side of the cone-all the way through actually. I'll try a strap wrench... I can't see how a screw driver inserted in one of the holes at such a downward angle would give me any leverage?

Thank you Rodbolt, I am officially an idiot. The cone came off easily, then the propeller. No problem.
