Current setup on my "new to me" fishing rig.

1989 boston whaler 18 outrage
1995 E150EXEOM
3 Blade 14 1/2 X 19 SS prop

She is used solely for saltwater fishing usually running out in a 1-3 ft chop to fishing areas with only enough speed to stay on plane but not much more (2800rpm- 23mph) . I'm not interested in highest performance concerning speed. My concerns are as follows:

Current use usually involves three full size men, gear, and full 62 gallons of fuel on board. In this config, she will top out at 42mph (gps) and only revs to 5000-5100 rpms on the tach at WOT. I am concerned that this setup is straining the Motor/lower to much. Is that realistic?

The current prop has a few dings in the leading edge that need work, but I am thinking of just buying a new prop which is more appropriate for this boat to get to the recommended rpm range. I could just keep the old one as a spare and not spend the $$$ for prop refinishing.

Would a four bladed prop be more appropriate for my type uses and demands? If so, what is recommended for my setup? If three bladed, then I would appreciate a recommendation for this. I realize there is not a holy grail prop for me, especially with the limited info I have given... I am just looking for expert opinions to get me started. Any and all help is appreciated gentlemen.

Note-It has been a while since I have been on the site, so if I need to supply more info for a suggestion.. please let me know. It IS GOOD TO BE BACK IN THE BOAT WORLD
