Prop Shaft

Just curious how much play there should be with prop shaft? With the prop off the shaft moves about 1/4 or 1/2 inch.

I suppose you mean in-out? Whatever, that is totally unreasonable. What motor?? Anybody have it apart and leave some thrust washers out?
