Good Morning Everyone, I have my 1969 Chrysler 70 hp , model # 7071 running pretty decently on my old 1969 Valiant 14' Runabout. I have already resolved myself to the fact that I will not get the old girl out on the water this year, so I have started to pull off all of the tie downs and what have you from the hull so I can sand her down and get her prepped for a paint job over the winter. Having said all of this, when I have the engine running in neutral, with the knob pulled out and the throttle set to " cold start " position, the prop will turn a bit. (It's very obvious in the large tub that I am using to run the engine.) The engine goes into forward and reverse with no problems when I take her back down to neutral and idle and she will scream at WOT. Do I need to be concerned about the prop movement while in neutral? Thanks in advance!
