propeller issue at low speed

Hi guys,
Hope you can help me with this. I got a brand new propeller (4 blade instead of 3 I have used thus far). Took the boat out and it makes the outdrive shake/wobble when I start speeding up so at about 10-15 mph, after that it runs fine. No issue at lower speed either so when I move at 5mph it is steady.
I was thinking that the propeller might be not balanced properly from the factory so I took it to a guy that fixes my propellers if I ever hit a rock, but he said that he has never seen a bad propeller from that manufacture before. It is a turning point propeller bought on amazon.
Hope you guys can tell me what I am missing and point me in the right direction.

This was my first time out this season and first time with that propeller. The 3 blade propeller I have used at the end of last season had no issues.

Thank you in advance for any help you might be able to provide.

Generally a 4 blade should be smoother than a 3 blade. (I run a 4 blade in preference to a 3 blade).

A vibration issue could be a bent prop shaft or the hub inside the prop is out of alignment.

While watching the blade clearance to a close part of the drive, turn the prop and make sure it's even all the way round...

Hi Chris
Thank you for the info. When I have examined the hub inside it looked like it is cracked all over and has seen better days. Thank you for the advice.
Is there a place to just buy the plastic inserts or do you always have to buy the entire hub kit?

Sounds like you need warranty from Turning Point.

Put the three blade back on and see if it goes away. Otherwise if hub is bad and it is a replaceable one replace it, otherwise send prop back for a new one

Thanks
Hub is replaceable, I was just wondering if there is a place you can buy just the plastic hub insert for less without buying the entire hub kit. I know there are hub kits where the metal is imbedded in the plastic, but for kits like torq II for example the plastic is separate and it is the plastic that breaks so it would be nice to be able to just replace that.

Turning Point should sell just the sleeve, that's the point of having that system...
