Depends..are you sure you can run that prop? Is the pitch and diameter whats called for on your particular application of weight and length? You can't jus pop on ANY prop that might fit and hope it works....If you have verified all this and can run a high pitch number, some outboards must have the trim tab removed because of the high rake angle of the prop or large diameter for a particular application. Don't load up or lug you engine...your asking for trouble...let us know more...read the dia. and pitch stamped on the the out side of the hub...<br /><br />P.S. There are flush zincs that install in place of the trim tab if you MUST do what your doing..
