Proper oil mixture for 1959 12hp Sears

I have a 1959 Sears 12hp Twin cylinder got her all clean up and ready to start. Thought i would double check oil mixture first.

Fuel mix is 6 ozs per gallon. Somewhere around 21:1
ratio.Use TCW3 rated oil.

as far as i know that should be 25:1
