I need some help in trying to find out what prop my 1975 40 hp Evinrude should have. The only numbers on the prop are P S 4445 and a number 12. No markings where it should be by the thrust washer for OMC. I am using this motor on a 1985 edson resorter. walleye can swim faster. present prop does not allow the engine to rev up at all. i measured the prop and it is a 10" diameter, but the only ones i see are 10 1/2 or larger. Any one with a web site or info page would be appreciated.
