Proper Trim Height at Plane

What do you guys think is the proper trim height for my boat. Its a 18 ft CC Scout with a 130 Yamaha on it. Should I have it trimmed so Im throwing a rooster tail or a tad below that? Im turning about 6000 RPM when its throwing the tail @ 48 MPH.
