06 tahoe tracker Q4 mercruise.pulled out the 4.3 (carbed) replaced the cracked block, everything went plug and play I thought(everything went right back,).I have no power to the engine,have power at the starter.No ignition power,batterys up,no power at the reset rely,check all fuses ,none bad, checked all grounds .I am open for ideas to trace this down.Another problem is the drive wont lift up,motor runs both ways but wont lift it but just a little bit.the gause shows its up.I did crack open a line at one of the rams thinking thats how to get it back in place.Only a small amount came out.This thing is ready to fire but no fire ,hope someone here can help thanks
