I just bought the boat. It has 1991 c115.
Changed impeller. Everything seem to line and
put back right. Peep stream GREAT. Increase and decreases with RPM on hose.

But, PSI gauge does not move.
And there is water pouring out of peep hole in
front of the lower unit? why is that?

did you check the pressure valve grommet and t-stats? and blow on the hose leading to the guage and see if it moves.
the pee stream really should not noticably change with RPM. at idle it should dig holes in concrete. if it does not you have a pressure loss someplace.

Did you use a sealant on the pump housing to hold oring in when you repalced the impellor?

Did not use sealant.
Took white/clear hose off the brass fitting on
top of cyc. head. Tried to blow air into it.
Gauge did not move.
Some water with air bulbs were in the hose.

I had the motor trimed all the way up and slide the housing on nice and easy. O ring slided first time. But sat nice the second time.

And where is pressure valve grommet?
Is it where I took the hose off?
Because that was clear and clean into the head.
