hey guys i pull my engine out today and i screwed up. I pulled the lags that hold the a-frame motor mount to the floor. Its the bow side motor mount.
What should i do about this. Do i need to fill the holes with fiber glass and rescrew new holes. Because i don't think that putting the lags back in the same holes will hold it very well. And at least the wood that came out with the lags was dry.

Its okay to pull the lags. Most people do it that way. If you want you can either go up 1 size in lags when you go to refit if it looks like the wood will take a bigger lag without splitting. Or you can fill the holes with either wood glue or epoxy and stuff them with dry wood scraps and relag into that.
No biggie.

You can also drill a larger hole and place a wooden dowel into the hole with epoxy or wood glue and then drill your lag bolts into the fresh wood of the dowel after sealing off everything with epoxy.
