In the midst of a floor rot rebuild and determined the transom is toast too. Found a shop to pull motor and outdrive for the transom rebuild.

What are the minimum parts to consider replacing while I have it torn apart? Hoses, bellows etc. seem okay. I'm mostly concerned with Gaskets, parts known to fail, ones that are hard to get to or impossible to get to with out the engine out, drive out ect. I'll do the engine mounts and obvious stuff, the question is more for what I don't see or know about.

I don't want any leaks
! I'll probably pull the outdrive mounting plate (whatever it's called) what's between this, the glass, the wood? I'll get it all put back, aligned and hopefully no more rot!
