the weather is really scaring me this year, it is normally 15-20 with a ton of snow on the ground but the last week or so I have been running around in a sweatshirt and working with the doors open, it was 54 on Jan 30th, makes me wonder if it is still going to be snowing in April-May.

Strangest winter in a long time, of coarse the boat is pulled apart, resealed lower and scratched it up so decided to paint it then started working 6 days a week so no time to finish it buit I wrangled a weekend off so it should be done this weekend and maybe I can get out and do some mid winter fishing.

Here in SE New York, we don't have any ice on any body of water bigger than a puddle. Don't recall seeing all the lakes ice free on Feb 3rd for as long as I have been living in the area.

6 more weeks of winter........ we have not seen the first 6 weeks............ it was 50 outside two days ago.......... and a chilly 32 right now...... this is very close to a Vermont Summer

we got about 3ft of snow down and banks about 5ft high and -15deg Cel .......great wintersports weather !.............may soon book a trip to Cuba for some watersports and sun !

I'm going with our Wiarton Willie, our provincial weather prognosticating albino groundhog rodent. He DID NOT see his shadow, meaning an early spring. Fact is, we haven't seen winter yet. No snow on the ground, none in the near future, the shovel hasn't seen more than 2 inches of the white stuff and the snowblower is spending the second winter still in my shop. I'll pay for it sooner or later.

He didn't see his shadow because the shadow is albino,lol Its pretty bad when it has hardly gotten below freezing all winter. The bugs will be terable in the spring. Good news is bigger fish.

20-24 inches and still going, Ironically I have 4 High School Hockey games to referee today....

Phil hit me in the face with winter I think...
