Got myself a PA out on a possible new home for me the girl and the dog. Hopefully I will be moving on to bigger and better things. If I get this place I will actually be able to fit a full size in the garage!

Plus the lady is really digging this place. Of course the Realtors are playing games with me but I should know how solid of an offer I made by 5pm tomorrow.

Good luck. A new home with garage space for the boat... Perfect.

Garage? If your buying a new house you should be telling us how big the dock is and how many ft. of shoreline you have!:D

Re: Purchase Agreements

Good luck with purchasing the home.

What makes you think that the Realtor's are playing games with you? If you are using a Realtor to represent you then there should not be any games being played. If you started with a low ball offer then of course the listing side is going to try and get a higher offer.

Re: Purchase Agreements

I believe you made an offer on the house. An offer is a whole lot different than a purchase agreement

I wish. I'm hoping my 30's will be good to me and I will have that shoreline on the St. Croix River.

Heh, Holmes if not anything made me more aware of shotty workmanship throughout this process. I want to see HGTV send him to one of his own properties unknowingly to see what he would find wrong. Anywho I will get the home inspection done. It was built in 1978, steel siding, newer windows. The home is a great fit for us but if it doesn't work out there will be another one waiting. :)

Guilty. One of the houses I looked at had completely amatuer wiring in a 1925 house...to top it off there was a 20' run of copper piping that was kinked like a hose.

Too many people touched that house for me to make an offer. There were 3-4 separate additions that I saw.
