purchase of bayliner classic 1993

i want to have some advice on a purchase of a 1993 bayliner classic 18.8 feet with a 135 hp mercruser. is it real that this kind of boat have a delaminate fiber problem? my saler did not pass the survey test because of it but the boat look very good !!

I'm not aware that this particular model is any more susceptible to fiberglass delamination than any others. It comes down to how the boat has been treated in its 17 years of life.
