Get a small compressor and a plug kit. The little umbrella plugs like AD posted work
All my vehicles have a compressor and plug kit in them. Used them a few times over the years
My daily whip doesn't have run flats, and it doesn't have a spare. It came with an ultra cheesy plastic compressor and a container of tire goo (or goop if you are Joe)
My next daily will also not have a spare
