I have a puzzling question. I have 1988 Cobalt as I was searching for a short. I noticed circuit board about the size of 3x5 card. it is located under dash and appears to be wired into the gauges. The thing I can think of it may have something do with the warning lights, Also since I replace igition switch I notice the warning lights do not come on when the key is turned. It maybe I put the wire in the wrong spot, easy enough to check. any thought on what this maybe for?

yes, sorry for 4 the delay, it's been crappy weather in my part of Fl for the last week, this has been my only day to get to the boat . I hope the picture helps not much space 4 the camera

Also I have a halon system onboard could be part of that?
