Hurry ,hurry----Find a shop in your area with a dynamometer.----Have them run a test on your present motor to see what the actual power output is.-----Then decide where / how to spend the beer tokens.
Hi. There is plenty info on this boat on the campion owners Facebook page. I run it with a friend. We both have campions. I have a smaller chase.
From what I know…these run well into the 60’s with the standard 496 at least.
I’m wondering about the prop and rpms you are seeing with the new engine.
You should ask the other owners of this boat on the owners page. They’ll soon tell you what to compare it with. Some of them have blown chase models too.
