sadly, many believe that we live in igloo's up here.. LOL
on our boat(for one engine anyways
) just pump the throttle afew times, or if the boat has been sitting for awhile, get someone else to listen at the carb and pump until they hear the fuel squirt in, then give one more pump for good measure, and ours fires right up without any hesitation.
also, some guys even put outboard primer bulbs in there fuel system if it seems like you always have to prime it alot, then you just prime the bulb like you would with an outboard, and it should fire right up without choke or pumping the throttle....
