question about 1997 vro pump, need help

im getting some bleed back of oil into the fuel filter located on engine,it is not bleeding past the primer pump.is this normal?engine smokes and plugs wet(oil rich) could this be caused by the seal in the vro pump between fuel and oil and would i have to purchase a complete oem pump,motor is 1997 crossflow 115 .Thanks Scott

Check valve in pump, send to www.dfitechnologies.com for rebuild.

clanton .email dfi yesterday they do not do these vro pumps any more.ran with oil cap off and checked all fuel line clamps .i figure it cant be anything else.
