Question about Nadaguides Powerboat weight values?

I know that some boats are listed as outboard, 0hp, and then it gives you the weight of the boat. This obviously is just the hull, dry, no motor.

All sterndrive boats are listed as stern, the HP that is included, then it gives you the weight of the boat. This includes the weight of the motor also.

Here is where I am confused. Some boats say outboard, and have a specific HP listed instead of 0. Would the weight of this boat include the weight of the outboard? I would assume so..............

I believe what your seeing is max hp allowed not weight with that specific motor.Could be wrong though.

Well, it may not add weight in there, but I do know for a fact it isn't max HP on the plate. My boat calls for a 150, and often came with a 130, and it says 130 on nada guides, to make it even more confusing....
