hi, If a propeller is spun and I can actually turn it by hand around the hub although it is pretty hard to do, putting the boat in forward it churns up water but doesn't move at all, in reverse it wants to go, doesn't seem to spin at all...at idle in both gears. Although it is idling way to high in my opinion and I haven't figured out how to turn it down yet. I ordered a manual off ebay and still waiting after a week and a half.

Rich

This is one I know all to well, If you can turn that prop by hand you have indeed spun the prop, we have done that to one of ours, I am trying to remember it was around 50 bucks or so to have it redone, as stated before visit the prop shop, and you might want to consider obtaining a spare prop, in case it happens at an in-opportune time :)
