last week I posted about my lower carb. I could screw the adjustment all the way in with no affect on the engine. this week end I checked the compression and the 1 thru 4 has 135 lbs and 5 and 6 has 130 lbs. I also checked the plugs and have hot fire on all 6. the carbs have been rebuilt including float. I noticed that the little round plug or cap on the side of the carb was missing which shows 2 tiny holes. would this cause the carb to do this and should this plug be air tight. I mentioned that I could not get it to idle below 900 rpm but if I turn the distributor by hand the motor will idle down to about 650 rpm but the spring on the distributor takes it back up after releasing the dist. do you think that I might have it timmed wrong. the motor does not miss and it has a lot of power, I just want to make sure that the carbs and everything alse is set in the correct mannor.<br />any info will be appreciated.<br />thanks
