Question on a 9.9 Mariner!!! Laddies - You there?

I am having trouble starting my 9.9 mariner... Sometimes it starts on the first pull with the choke on and then dies... If I try to start it again, it's useless - I can't get it started at all... <br /><br />I Just replaced the sitch box (wasn't getting spark in the 2nd cyl) and it started up first pull with choke, died, and I can't get it running again! It's more than frustrating.<br /><br />Anybody got any suggestions?!?

The choke is really a primer, so if the engine starts and don't keep running try to use the primer 1 more time to give the engine a 2nd squirt of fuel, also a dirty carb can cause the same problem with a clogged low speed ciruit

How do I clean out a dirty carb??
