So how do I refer to my drive as far as identification?As Chris said it is an R upper and it has the pin and oring groove(which I did not install the oring upon reassembly)so does that make it an R drive,and I should simply refer to the drive as R and nothing else?Or R alpha one?

Ayuh,... It just an Alpha 1, til ya need parts, then ya gotta get closer, so it'd be an R drive,...
