Question on converting to tiller handle (83 evinrude 35)

I have an 1983 evinrude 35 with remote controls that I want to swap over to a tiller handle setup to put on a hunting boat. I have done TONS of research and am completely stumped. Hoping someone could point me in the right direction. The engine part number is~ (E35ELCTS)

Thought so.-----That steering bracket was for the remote control motors only.---Tiller handle does not fit on it.---You need a different steering bracket.-------Your location ?----Easy fix in some works shops.
