I am looking at the starter circuit check chart in a 1991 evinrude service manual, page 7-11. I am trying to follow the wiring diagram to perform a system check. Unfortunately, the diagram is in black and white. I understand what objects are but 1. It has an A with a circle around it. Can someone tell me what this is and where it is located
