question re: carb compatibility between 1972 and 1978 115 HP

Hi, just trying to confirm if the carbs off a 1978 V-4 115 HP will work on a 1972 115 HP? My guess is no, but wanted to confirm.

I am running a set of 1974 135 carbs on my 1979 85 engine. These early carbs with the single roller (on the top carb) are pretty much interchangeable. Jetting can become an issue when you swap different hp carbs-like I did. You may want to double check the 1972 engine. OMC did not make a 115 hp engine in 1971 or 1972-check 1973.
