Questions about the shifter on my Larson All American

Hi, got a 73 All American and was boating yesterday, i went to slow up and if stalled . I went to restart and out of gear put some throttle to it. And all of a sudden the handle flew forward. I got it going and idle to the dock. Now its got the volvo motor drive combo 170/270. I got it home took apart the shifter and found it wasnt the original one. I am looking for pics of the original so i can replace the broke one of mine.

I am going to fix this one but want the original one back on the boat.

A controller is a controller....
If yer's is AFU, get a new aftermarket for it....
