Questions on my 2000 SX-175

Hey all, just bought a 2000 SX-175 with the Volvo 4.3. Lovin' it already, but had a few questions maybe someone here could help me out on.
Wondering if anyone could tell me how to remove the steering wheel on my SX-175. I want to replace the stereo but it seems like that's impossible without taking off the steering wheel.
Also, how do I go about getting ahold of a service/technical manual ?
