Quick question? How much Gluvit and Steelflex to use on 14' Aluminum boat?

I want to Steelflex the outside hull of my 14' Aluminum boat & Gluvit the inside. How much of each should I purchase? I'm sure this question has been answered in a previous post but, I want to order this ASAP. Also, are these the preferred products to use or is there something better? I want to paint everything afterwards so, what's the best method & paint to use. Thanks.

OVER KILL!!!

I quart size can of gluvit is all you need on the rivets and seams. No need for a second product
