Quick question on 2004 Johnson 9.9 4-stroke

I have a guy offering one of these on a trade. I know some of the 4-stroke Johnson's were made by Suzuki, was this one of those? Whether or not they are, any idea how good they are and are parts easy to get?

I did, and it was only confusing. Some said, yes, it was, others that it was built by Suzuki but to Johnson specs, others implied it was entirely different.

Bottom line, just stay away from it. Parts are hard to get.
