Can a powerpack deliver a weak spark when faulty or does it stop working completely as it is a solid state unit?

short answer... yes!!! long answer... aside from what the last guy said... So can a capacitor charge coil... or that and combination of the mags... check it all out duuuuuuuuuuuuudeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
