quicksilver 88150a7 documentation

Where can I find documentation on this controller? I think my nuetral lock is broken and my interupt may be mis-adjusted.
I found several links by Don S. (thanks Don) but none of them are valid anymore. I tried weeding through the Adults Only section, but didn't find it...(maybe I am looking in the wrong place?)
