QuickSilver Grease..is there a difference?

Stopped by Bass Pro the other day and was looking at picking up some grease for the u joints, gimble, shift cable ect. I noted that there was grease that said "U joint and gimble bearing grease" and then there was the "2-4-c" I think that was the multipurpose..wheel bearings ect.

Is there really a difference? Do I need to buy both or is it just crafty marketing?
