Quicksilver Marine lub

I pulled the outdrive because it seemed to be leaking from the shift shaft. Anyway to what I need to know. I see that they say use Quicksilver 2-4-C Marine Lubricant with teflon. I do not have a boat store around me and need the boat up and running tomorrow (daughter birthday). Does this equate to anything I can pick up at the autoparts store, Tractor supply, ect...?
