Rack-steering System for small boat...

Question;<br /><br />Does anyone know how I can tell what make and model the rack and pinion single-cable steering system is on my fishing boat. It looks a lot like the Teleflex Marine system "The Rack." It is on a 1980 Randall Craft 14' fiberglas boat. The cable lengthe is 10-ft. I contacted Teleflex twice through their Website and have not received a reply yet.<br /><br />thanks,<br />Al

Go to the Teleflex website and download the PDF Tech catalogue in the mechanical steering section. Lots of pictures of Teleflex and other brands to determine replacement parts and interchangeability.
