Re: Rain in Texas

We been soaked here in my neighborhood, and glad to get it! Some folks got a little more than they probably wanted in the neighboring locales---the radio says there's flooding on some forks of the Trinity. We drove out to Lake Bridgeport a couple of weeks ago to look at it, and it wasn't good! We're hoping Ray Roberts, Bridgeport, and Eagle Mountain have some water in 'em now.

No rain here since October, Don't remember before then, maybe April last year. Nothing out of the hurricanes. Trees starting to leaf out, but range is brown, what cattle haven't eaten. Better come soon.

Dave

Fish tank is up to the spillway :) , but no outflow. The small tanks are up 6 inches or so. Still several feet from full. :(

We got almost two inches of much needed rain here. The most rain we have had since back in september.

We got a trace this morning about 5:30 a.m. and lots of thunder and lightening. We lost power and it was still of when I left for work.
